my journey…
Salayeh experienced multiple traumas that took her on a 25 year plus, Personal Development Journey, that ultimately led her to Train to become a Trauma, Sexuality and Mindset Coach, Social Worker, Counsellor, a sex therapy informed professional, a Creative and Expressive Therapist a Tantra, Inner child and shame Practitioner; with trainings in ACT, CBT, EMDR, breath-work, Somatics, Brainspotting and many more trainings and teachings. She is a member of AASW, ACA and ANZACATA. She offers in-person, online coaching, counselling and workshops to dismantle shame, heal trauma in various cruicial areas such as sexuality, Relationships, trauma, finances, self-worth and addiction. She fearlessly dives into the depths of these topics to bring everlasting change. She creates a space for growth and self-acceptance, Transforming, Transcending and embracing pleasure in all areas of your life.
Salayeh founded HeartArise due to her bigger Mission of Wanting to Build creative Rehabilitation and sexual empowerment centers. Working to change the narrative, the shame and secrecy that surround sexuality and pleasure. Her goal is to aid those who have experienced sexual trauma and sex trafficking in reclaiming their power.

Hi Tribe, I feel the most important thing you need to know about me is that I care deeply about people, I know from personal experience that sometimes we need help getting out of our own way in order to see a new way. Asking is one of the biggest challenges to personal freedom. We all need help at some time and it is a knock-on effect. When we help ourselves, we open the possibility for another person to help themselves. Your energy, your voice, your smile, your laugh, your resilience, you expression, your pain, gives another person the permission to ask for help so they can reach their full potential.

These two beautiful souls are Kyan and Shahra They are my why? My life experiences before them, carrying and parenting them and observing them reflect a part in all of us - The teacher, The leader, The protector, The inner child, embracing vulnerability, to override shame and guilt from painful and challenging life experiences. Learning to develop intimacy and build trust, which is needed for embodied relationships. The wealth I create, the kindness and compassion I want to omit, the imagination, expression, innocence, and creative resilience I embody, The place of forgiveness and acceptance I experience, even when I am at my worst. To feel like I belong, and my desire to inspire and make the world a better place.
