Self-Contained Prison

Sexual Trauma

Sexual Trauma has a significant impact on the mind and body and soul. Survivors of Sexual Trauma may struggle with regulating emotions and behaviour, may have difficulty with verbal expression, memory loss, flashbacks, experience intense feelings of shame, and guilt and adapt negative coping strategies.

Creative, Expressive, and somatically based interventions techniques and counselling therapies can alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression promote a sense of self-empowerment and sexual sovereignty and heal the wounds of sexual abuse by opening the path of healing and recovery.

I create a safe, non-judging empowered space where it is safe to breakdown and recreate and moved towards a space of wholeness
